Norbert Cappetti is the Communications Manager for Holland Heineken House (Heineken Netherlands). Cappetti has more than15 years experience in the retail, FMCG and communication industry, and has worked for national and international companies and brands. He started his career at a series of PR agencies, serving accounts from Coca-Cola and Royal Mail to Manpower and Procter & Gamble. Nick Jue, ING the Netherlands
Nick Jue started his career as head of Marketing Savings at the Postbank. Subsequently he held management positions at Postbank and ING in the Netherlands and Belgium. In 2003 he was named general manager, Corporate Communications & Affairs at ING Group, where he managed internal and external communication, media contacts, investor relations, branding, sponsoring and public affairs.
After three years Jue returned to the business. In July 2006 he was named president of the Board of Directors of ING Retail Netherlands, responsible for Postbank, ING Bank and RVS operations in the Netherlands. In July 2007 Jue became CEO Retail Netherlands and guided the merger of Postbank and ING Bank in the Netherlands. Jue was named CEO of ING Domestic Bank Netherlands on September 1, 2010. He arrived at Ragan after working for 15 years as an award-winning political and investigative reporter for newspapers throughout the United States. He ended his career as a journalist in 1992 after covering three presidential elections, including Ronald Reagan's landslide victory over Jimmy Carter in 1980.
Today, Mark is back in the journalistic swing of things at the company his father founded in 1968. In addition to overseeing new product development and the day-to-day operations of the company, Mark acts as editor in chief for the daily Ragan.com news site.
